Ms Adithi Malik, IV Sem MSW CPP won the Best oral presentation Award in the students & researchers category for her research on “ Aspirations of Homeless children” in the International Symposium on Social Inclusion held at Manipal University on 7 December 2017

Priya Shakthi M 2157356 2nd year MAIS exchange student at Sciences Po, Paris, France, was selected to participate in graduation conference and presented her paper titled “The Case of India-Pakistan Conflict – Can India’s Climate Diplomacy be used to Ease Years of Hostility”

Best paper at the 11th All India Conference of China Studies held at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, from 15-17 November 2018. Ms. Sonal, is a Master’s student, at the Department of International Studies and History wins the Award for her paper, ‘Chinese Science Fiction and its Socio-Political Engagements’.

Dr. Nimitha John received Dr. A.R Kamat Best PhD thesis award for the year 2018 awarded by Indian society of Probability and Statistics.

Dr. Thomas Xavier visited the University of Manchester’s School of Mathematics from 14 April to 03 May 2023. He collaborated with Dr. Saralees Nadarajah on statistical distribution theory, focusing on datasets with high kurtosis. The London Mathematical Society (LMS) funded the visit through their Scheme 5 grant.
