Dr. Pratiksha Jha is an Assistant Professor in the Business Analytics Department at Christ University, Delhi-NCR. She specializes in finance and technology, with research focusing on corporate financing, Industry 4.0, and financial inclusion.
Dr. Jha holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Gautam Buddha University. Her doctoral research explored the impact of financing patterns on SMEs' financial performance in India.
She has published her research in ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals and serves as a reviewer for SCI, SSCI, and ABDC-indexed publications. Additionally, Dr. Jha has published a patent on blockchain applications in banking.
