Ms. Shakshi Kothari holds an LL.M. from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, specializing in Corporate and Commercial Laws. She completed her B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Banaras Hindu University. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Law from National Law University, Jodhpur, focusing on Consumer Laws. Her research interests include Arbitration, Consumer, Competition, and Insolvency Laws. She has published in reputed journals and book chapters. Ms. Kothari has presented papers at national and international conferences and judged moot court competitions. Additionally, she has served as a resource person for guest lectures. She is also pursuing her CS Professional certification. Ms. Kothari joined Christ University, Delhi NCR Campus, in July 2024 as an Assistant Professor in Law, teaching Company Law and Law of Insurance. Prior to joining, she gained 2.5 years of teaching experience.
